Just want to say congrats on the release! That's one out the door. I tweeted this one as soon as I saw the announcement.

The Devil takes notes from Lina Inverse? That sounds about right.

Congratulations on getting this out, this was a surprisingly expansive game and I'm really looking forward to the sequel.

Thank Filler and you for being part of the staff!

I remember you didn't have a lot of time back then, but we finally did our part - and thanks to Taskforce - we felt it was time to shove it out the door!

The sequel is not quite as complex, but it's an amazing game - more than I was expecting. The devs reduced the cast in SSMS-II somewhat, but this did not hurt the game. And they added a Time Temple feature, that opened up a whole new dimension from the original and more than offsets the reduced number of side quests centered around individual fighters.

Congratulations on the release! I'll definitely be checking out this game soon.
From the first glance, it looks like a more light hearted version of Lennus-II.

It's an absolute frolic, and the sequel is amazing.

Thanks for your great work guys! I'm having lots of fun playing this on my flashcart! So far it works great! :D

One weird thing I noticed is that there's a monster "Devil Gauge", which is a cage-like enemy... maybe it's supposed to be called Devil Cage?

Sounds reasonable... If it's convenient, attach a graphic of the li'l devil. It may be a while, but we can update him in our first revision.

And which flashcart did you buy? Been thinking about getting me one of those. Does it play in a vintage SNES console?

I use sd2snes. It's pretty great and plays most games. Also, it's the only one whose firmware is still being worked on.
There are some games it still can't play. You can get more info here: https://sd2snes.de/blog/
