Hee-hee... The SSMS-II manual is ten pages shorter than that of the prequel, but the publishers more than make up for it with the contents of the following two fold-out charts (back-to-back). I scanned four images total and mosaic-ed them together:

WOW! nice, i'd love to see that map translated.. the second page to me seems it's just a page with the character's skills
on it, the colors are what skills are shared with each character, NOTHING on Poyon skills though :( gutted :(

Decided to give a little bit of pixel editing a go with MS Paint.. as Photoshop is on my other PC that kinda blew up so using my laptop.
I removed MOST of the page folds (minus the obvious bottom left one), re-alligned boxes that were not right, best i could do without
using Photoshop editor. IF anyone wants to finish it off your more than welcome.

Nice!

You know, I saw several translations to Shelldorado (シェルドラド). This chart proves we picked the correct one, but since the Japanese didn't write it as two words in the Katakana, I was a little surprised to see the chart maker write it as two English words.

"El Dorado" is a place of fabulous gold, and it's two words - in Spanish. Well, Shelldorado is a place of fabulous shells, but I figure it's too late to make it two words. This would blow the formatting to kingdom come, but Taskforce will be dressing up the font in SSMS-II anyway. Still I believe it's better to leave it as one English word. That's my vote, anyway.

Edit: Oh, it's funny, but if I separate シェルドラド this way:

シェル
ドラド

The machine translator spits out this:

Shell
Dorado

But if I leave it シェルドラド, I get:

Sherudorado

Rule of thumb in converting the Romaji rendering of Katakana, we usually convert R's to L's and drop U's in Romaji "Ru" anyway. In this case we knew the Japanese were talking about shells and shellfish, so we simply added the extra L to complete converting the Romaji version of the name into more accurate English.

The four choices are:

1. Sherudorado
2. Sheldorado
3. Shelldorado
4. Shell Dorado

Yeah.. lol, i agree that one word works best. On ANOTHER note, seems i was correct in my thinking on another post to you
Wildbill that it's set in a different dimension/alternate reality.. :O lol that amazed me the fact i was right.

There's quite a few mining towns in South America called El Dorado now, even places in the USA has places called El Dorado,
tho I believe El Dorado in spanish actually means "The Golden One".. but as history teaches .. I think it's more commonly known
as El Dorado because of the MANY attempts to find the city, the most famous story being that of Sir Walter Raleigh and the
conquistadors.

My fav cartoon as a kid growing up was "The Mysterious Cities Of Gold" which was based on the El Dorado myths of the ancient
city made of gold. After ALL t hese years they actually made a season 2, and now have season 3 in the making also a live action
movie is in the works :O cant wait for that.

Been doing a little more editing on this World Map. Removed MOST of the text. The white boxed text is a bit of a pain.. though 3 of them i could
turn into 1 whole long bar BUT the diagonal mess of white boxes.. that's going to be a troll of a problem to remove/edit. I gather those are the
names of the continents/nations.. shame i cant read japanese cos I not got a clue what they are called. I also edited the SHELLDORADO at the
bottom of the map.. it's no longer 2 words.. it's now 1 whole word.

So as the game map its self set out the colors of the bars in a certain way i went with that and kept that idea, so..

blue bars = towns/cities
brown bars = dungeons/caves

SO! if anyone can translate what's being said in the white boxes.. i'd be grateful.

And... an hour later.. I decided to give marking the areas a go, what do you think so far?

green bars = Time Temples!

page also.

WELL! the removal of the white boxes with the Japanese text in was a LOT easier than what I expected it to be.
In ANY case.. they are now all removed and retitled the areas as they are said to be by gerb :) thanks for the
translations dude. I ALSO managed to erase that damn annoying crease that was above Hell Valley Excavation.
I'm quite pleased with myself on how that maps turning out :) *goes and buys a Prawn Cocktail*
