Slayers did. After a while I sort of anticipated a rhythm of attack, spread my strikes logically, and then it happened very infrequently. When it did, I always chuckled and cursed at the same time because it sort of made the attackers look goofy, adding to the madcap character of the game. I didn't notice this happening in PM, and I played two complete games.

Come to think of it, I kind of remember the old Dragon Quest games doing that, too. LOL
