I just saw this game posted on another site, and it was the first time I had heard about it. It blends all styles of RPGs from console history into one game. I know nothing about the story, but the trailer over on their website shows off what I'm talking about. Go check it out http://evoland.shirogames.com

Wow, this is pretty impressive. And it's priced very reasonably. I may give this a shot once I finish replaying Final Fantasy IV on the GBA. Thanks for the heads up!

Its been pretty fun. I've played it for an hour or so. Thanks for the link Draken. Although, I'm not sure how much I needed another time distraction here. Don't expect anything too deep though. But it is fun.

I read a review that was pretty positive. The only real negative bit was on the length of the game. Apparently it's a little short.

Thanks for letting us know about this. There are some pretty interesting indie RPGs now days. In the future I will probably try this, maybe if I'm lucky it will appear on one of the console online services. The one I am looking forward to and I think has been mentioned here before is Boot Hill Heroes which seems to take some inspiration from Earthbound/Mother.
