| Post subject: | The hardest "first boss" battle in an RPG game? |
Any rpg that had a really difficult first boss? Post it here! For me, it was a boss in a game I played recently. The first boss in EVO: Search for Eden was really hard! An annoyingly quick shark who could really pack a punch and did not shy away from hitting you many times in a row, within seconds, until death if you did not get out of the way and quick! I am not afraid to say I lost 20-25 times before winning..maybe more ! You meet him AGAIN, towards the very end, as a regular enemy and he still packs a punch, but can be dismissed without too much trouble as long as you are careful and don't get lazy. I did get lazy (chatting as well) and almost paid the price. Don't underestimate him when he shows up at end for a second time!! (FYI, the shark boss is harder than the last boss in this game IMO!) |
