Hi folks!
Would like to show you my little hobby. From time to time i like to make layouts from 2D graphic games. Those layouts look totally oldschool and that why I like to make them =D. Would like to know what you think of it.

First I ever did is for my fan RPG Maker game:

Made with these Rudora no Hinou rip graphic:

Second one I made:

Third and last:

This one is made from deafault graphics for RPG Maker 2003.

And last one where only logo is finished:

Only second one isn't used anywhere and if someone want to use it feel free to go.
Third one I made yesterday for my friends. One hour I spent for making layout, and around 3h for coding it into html.
I would like to make some for Garrett's translation projects page but I'm shy to ask him ;d.

Don't be... Garrett's a good guy. If your work could help him or others in some way, I'm sure anyone would appreciate it.

Having assisted Garrett with Goemon 2, I can assure you he is a great person to work with, and will welcome the help you may be able to give him, Kvachu.
As for 2D graphics, being a saudosist myself, I tend to prefer them instead of all else, but unlike you I have little talent for spiriting and tiling ^.^' so keep up
the good work.

No problem. The question is if he have some special favorite theme from 2D games(NES, SNES, MAME or others) or everything is up to me?

I can make layout, code it into html/php or even code for this site admin area to add, edit delete infos about games. I'm not pro with PHP, but those things I am able to do. I'm still learning it and take any oportunity to polish it, and also Garrett's effort deserve it right?

Of course, everything for free. As I mentioned before it's my hobby. People spent a lot of money for theirs hobby, not gaining $.

Yes, everything here game-related is not-for-profit.

Hey, I can use you to design a few maps for me. I have a PC RPG 2D engine that I have been working on for a while but the design for Towns, world and such tire me. Not only that but the story is NOTHING because I can't write a story to save my life. :)
I will be redoing the game soon though, when I get the time that is.
Basically redoing the scripting engine completely. I need to have BYTE code support
and text file support for realtime processing ( debugging ). :)

If you are interested, let me know. I have a few map editors tooled and they can
be adjusted to do a basic job that could produce a simple DW clone. :)

Well Bongo', on polish RPG Maker community they say that I'm one of the best mapper in Poland, if not the best.
If you have those tools just show them to me, here or PM. If this doesn't need any programming skills I'm interested.
Also remember that I'm not a spriter. I just use other graphics in RPG Maker. But simple edit for my purpose can be done by me.

It will be a while before I can actually get around to working on this stuff again but here are some pictures from my Raycaster and my Simple RPG engine. Nothing special in either!
