Hmm...that's a good question. I suppose it's possible the music was done in-house at Technos. Anyway, I did an internet search, and this was one of the results:

Not sure if that'll be of any help to you, but it is a starting point. One thought that did occur to me was that if you really, absolutely must know the composer's name, you could try beating the game until the end credits play. Usually, the end credits include a staff roll, along with the role each played (though it would all be in Japanese, of course, so that might not be that helpful either). Anyway, best of luck!
