I can't say how the green on that one is, but don't knock a green background, Lunar: Eternal Blue for Sega CD used green and it worked terrific IMO.

Thank you taskforce & hausen. Ah, I do like the look of that Sega CD version of Lunar because the gothic-ish style of the font with the tall and pointed corners rhymed well with the green background behind it and meshes well with the graphical themes of the game. Even the internal white line border enhanced the look of the green dialogue boxes (which probably cannot possibly be done on a SNES game of course).
I didn't know that Shiki Eiyuuden has that sort of colour-changing config mode.

That will depend entirely on translation support for the game. I'm sure we're all willing but we have to find a translator first. I don't know how things stand on any of these projects, but I wouldn't assume anything until we officially announce them.

Hello, Gerb! Thanks for the offer! :) Actually, you take a pic. It's completely up to you. :) I'm sure the guys
would be happy with whichever gets done.

Actually, my cat decided it was a good idea to come up from behind me while I was walking and make me step on her paw then run further under my foot after I lifted it and to keep from squashing her I took a dive and caught my pinky in just such a way that I broke it LOL. I'd like to say it'll break her from doing that again, but it isn't the first time. Usually, I'm careful but she just happen to do it where I couldn't see her until it was too late LOL. BTW: Yeah, the cat is just fine. I just have a hard time typing now. Luckily it was my right one so it isn't used as much as the left pinky in typing. So I can type. Just wouldn't want to spend excessive time doing so right now as it is a bit painful.

Maybe the shorter one first, which seems like Power of the Hired. Less than two hundred kb feels like nothing compared to daikai or dq.
