Hey lads, just dropping in to say Hi and how much I appreciate the work your doing here. Played a few DD releases and have thoroughly enjoyed myself each time.

If you guys need any graphic design work done for your projects feel free to let me know. Here's some of my recent little projects:

Replacement Cart Labels: http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messag ... adid=85759
MVS Shockbox Inserts: http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthrea ... ost3416352
PGM Shockbox Inserts: http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthrea ... ost3445126

I've also done quite a few NES/SNES manuals as well, so perhaps you'd be interested in some digital manuals to be released alongside your finished projects?

In anycase, keep up the good work. Very interested to see what the future holds.

Welcome to the forums!
I really like the work you've done for those labels and inserts. We sometimes get manuals translated and posted on site, but maybe you'd be able to do a better job at making them look... well.. prettier!

Draken: I can certainly do a little better than a .txt file ;) here's some of my more recent manual work. Please note these are a compressed export of the print files so there's a little image degradation but it's not too noticeable.

Magical Adventure 3 Starring Mickey & Donald: http://www.mediafire.com/file/lq8x5xb38 ... _FINAL.pdf

Tactics Ogre (WIP): http://www.mediafire.com/file/0ush14c9v ... TO_WIP.pdf

Bongo: I'd be willing to learn, have a bit on my plate these days but definitely keen to take a look. What is the best way to start do you think?

Well, to do Title screen hacks, it's mainly doing art work with BMP or any graphics file on a PC or Mac. Once you have a translation for the actual text in he title, you draw it up in english to be inserted back into a game.

Dosn't sound particularly difficult, I assume the image restrictions change for each system? Number of colours, resolution etc.

Ok, managed to change the colours of a couple of letters in the Metroid(NES) title screen before my head exploded from looking at scrambled graphics haha. Not really sure what the best way to get a handle on this is...

Hello gamers! :)
I'm a big RPG fan since 1998.
Also an anime fan I am. Draw figures, watch anime, play videogames and listening to music.
That's me. I'm very happy to be here. For about 2 weeks ago I was thinking to begin to play an SNES
role-playing game. So searched videos on Youtube and found many rare ones and my decission was good. I started Silva Saga 2. It has good graphics, music, gameplay, people say it's another Dragon Quest clone. Yes, and I love DQ! Maybe the story is simple: war of darkness and light.
But my all-time favorite series are Final Fantasy. FF7 was my first RPG, when I even don't know that this genre exists. So it were beautiful times, back then. For this twenty years many games I've played through. And I love them all.
Now I'm playing this game and almost finished it.
Black-, Red Tower is completed, next is white tower.
I just wanna thank You DD Team that translate this and other shiny RPGs!!!
Thanks, see You in an other topic!

Great to see you here, Nagi. We have plenty more games to come in the near future I hope. I am just about ready to pass on my work to my team mates to try and define the story. Check back with us soon!
