I have tried the japanese rom and everything was normal but after i applied the patch the charachters were on lv. 90 and all items in my inventory were on 99. |

I believe you patched a hacked ROM. We've seen this happen before. Use the patch you download from here and try different Japanese ROMs until you find one that starts you at level 01.

i have played the original rom and there wasnt any problem and i have downloaded the patch from this site |

Despite not having aparent problems, the ROM you have has altered data streams (it is not a good dump), so in conjunction with the alterations the patch needs to make to work, creates the problem you are having. Please follow the readme specifications to find the ROM the patch requires, as no other is certain to produce the correct result. Download a tool called NSRT and test the roms with it PRIOR to patching, make sure the info matches. |
