All things take time to acheive worthwhile results, so what Wildbill said epitomizes our thoughts as a team,
I believe each of us in our given roles always try to prime for quality.
If releasing a quality translation was easy anyone could run the script through
machine translation and release a patch...we know that's not how things go.

Thanks to the Christian/Catholic "Holy Week" I can now play the game on "speed run" mode. Anyway, I'm near the end now & aside from those minor grammar errors I found everything seems to be OK.

Except, the game is punishing me for cheating as I'm kinda stuck now.

And that walkthrough by SBruck on GameFAQs isn't helping much.

The problem is, I can't find the Gold/Golden Key that fell in Cliff's lake.

Accoeding to the walkthrough....
So what you have to do
is just head to the docks by Cliff's house. Now starting from the green
to the right of the dock, just head down, left and then up and search to
find the Golden Key.
Erm... his description is too vague :P & I don't get it?

Could you guys post a screenshot with an arrow/marker where I should look? Please?

And the "First plot" of the game was awesome, now I just have to finish this "bonus" adventure :)

Please never use cheats with translation patches, games were not meant to be played this way, and due to recoding changes
making a patch requires, using codes makes gameplay unstable and can create a lot of false positives regarding
crashes and other glitches...
That aside, your answer is here, answered by yours truly:

Thanks Red Soul.

I only actually use the "no random battles" code, so I can breeze through the dungeons to get at dialogue boxes faster.

Its quite likely this code will ruin your game when fighting Zellas Metalium and Shabrangido so be forewarned the worst could happen.
That aside, if indeed you're forced to turn off the codes to finish the game, you'll most likely have to level a lot to be able to beat
said bosses, so I'd say you're in a pinch possibly ^.^'
That aside, I'm glad to have helped. The golden key location is a common inquiry.

I usually turn codes off at particular segments of a game, like before a boss battle or when I save (via in-game save feature) so when my Save state gets messed up, I still have a good back up on SRAM :)

And yeah, the boss battles were hard LOL!

Anyway after this run through, I will play the game properly, I just want to speed run it to see all of the dialogue & confirmation boxes for you guys.

And as I said on my other post, so far only those three I spotted seem to be the ones that you guys missed.

Hopefully I'll be done with this in a few more hours.

Cheers for the awesome translation guys, I'll definitely be waiting for your next project releases :)

RS, would you please organize CRV10's combined reports for me in an e-mail?

I believe they should be all in this thread, so it should be a simple matter, certainly, I'll do that.

Edit: Email sent as of this post's edit.

P.S. I'm not very good at writing FAQs, but I'd like to make a suggestion: I think that someone, someday should write a new FAQ/Walkthrough based on D-D's translated version (after Text Typos patch? Like, on version 1.01/1.02? Anyone?) and post it on GameFAQs...since that old one is WAAAAY outdated and not so good anyway.
I found the existing FAQ quite valuable in the game creation process, but it is bare bones compared to documents for other games we've written.

A new FAQ could stand more details on story information and side quests, but a major oversight in the existing work involves the Dragon Slave spell that is quite obtainable for Lina Copy if you know where and how to search.

Considering the current FAQ that's the only critical point in need of correction (Dragon Slave's learnability by Lina Copy) and some vague points here and there, but it would be nice if we could talk to Ritchie about modifying / correcting whatever needs to be and allow him to adopt the naming conventions our patch uses.
It would streamline his material and increase the visibility of our patch, all in one shot.
