Translation Support (Help Needed!)

Wow all this stuff is in the FAQ that Dag wrote. Let's just give Dag credit and use the stuff in the FAQ...

I'm all for doing that if he'll let us... When I do a search for any of those terms I posted earlier, though, I don't get any hits... Are you sure he translated "all" of it?

Oh, and btw, I just noticed that the above terms were translated by Satsu. No need to bother with them anyone. :oops:

IIRC these are all techs the animal helpers use.
Actually I didn't translate most menu stuff in the FAQ (there is a lot), just listed and romanized some of it, but I'll try to help translating whatever you need. Plus the FAQ uses rather literal translations here and there that aren't suited to the patch imo, I'd redo them.
I'd have Satsu check my translations though, I'm sure he'd do a much better job.

#4 might be, "Continue a Saved Game"

5. Appears to be High Score Game or "Data". Is a number displayed? TnD has a similar display whenever you left the dungeon.

Also, on your room name sprites at the bottom of screens: You can probably redraw all of that using an 8X8 2-line configuration if you want (same as we did in TnD).

I guess that you missed the part where I mentioned that Satsu (i think it was him) had already done these... But, it's still good to see a second opinion. I actually prefer some of yours.

These were the ones giving him problems:

For "Best Strategy", we just had Ruyi. And for Bullet Attack, we just had "Barrage".

The whole thing on "bullet" was something like "A refined bullet or shell attack that reduces the [enemy] group's size".

The "Best Strategy trans was more literally "Best idea, mind, or thought". Sounded like a strategy or tactic to me! You could also call it "Brainstorm".

What did Satsu call the ones I labeled: "without", "Small Spinning Ball", and "Small Thunder Attack"? Those kind of threw me.

Would you ask her to pick me up some fresh Kim-chi while she's downtown please and send it on over!? Hee-hee...

"Without" was "None"

"Spinning Ball" was "Speedball Spin"

"Small Thunder Attack" was "Heaven's Wrath"
