Post subject: Things We Missed... *Slight Spoilers*

Just thought I'd open this up to mention that although we played through the complete story of Chaos Seed, there are still a few things that we never saw in the game.

1. We never completed the Dungeon Scenario
2. We never saw Boss Mode (?), which I think is only available after completing the Dungeon Scenario
3. There are many items/weapons/amor that I never acquired. They were translated as best we could, but there are few that are still in a Romaji style format. I never could get them to drop.

Use this thread to let us know if you find something unusual that you think we may have missed, or to let me know about the Dungeon Scenario or Boss Mode ;)

So far, everything looks fine in version 1.01, though I did find one minor mistake in a line:

It occured to me during a random cutscene in scenario 4. "Don't" has an extra space in it after the "n"; "Don' t".

Good job catching that Recca! the game has many, many random scenes like that taking place between turns (I count a turn as one cave building phase plus the recount time phase).

Hehe. That was caused by stupid "smart" quotes being turned on by default when I got my new PC this year. I went back and tried to check all edits I made after I realized the problem, but it seems I missed at least one ;)

Hey Recca, any chAnce you have a save state? The problem with testing those texts is that they are hard to reproduce. They are pretty random.

Ah sorry, but I've already saved over it after progressing further in the game... Next time I come across any other such bug or grammatical error, I'll save under a seperate slot. I'm using Zsnes by the way, if you were wondering. But aside from those two reports, everything else looks great. Building an Enchanted Cave and finishing a scenario sure takes a while! So far, so good though.

Any time you see something in this area of the game (pop-up messages during the EC), it's going to be a bug that requires debugging by Bongo` :(It can't just be fixed by changing text)

I've also seen this one at one point but sadly it only happened once during the whole playtesting process. I wouldn't be surprised if more of these cropped up in the coming weeks, but with the patch system already implemented, we'll stay literally on top of our game at all times.

This status message is only available in chapter 4, as far as I know. It was not broken when I played it so this one probably also came with one of the later text routine fixes :(
